Customer support never returned back to me

For the second time out of two, I missed out on a substantial discount by 1-2 days. This time, I placed an order ~2 days before the big Labor Day discount was announced (~20%). When I contacted DD to see if I could get the discount applied to my order or alternatively cancel the order - WHICH HAD NOT YET SHIPPED - and reorder to get the discount, I was met by CRICKETS. This is the last time I will order from DD. Very disappointed.
