Peeling logo

I have had several hats I really like from DD. They have been comfortable and look really good. My most recent one, the logo was peeling immediately. After contacting DD about an exchange (it was a gift) I haven’t heard anything for weeks. Hopefully this is a one off but pretty disappointing.
